Public Bikes are available in public spaces from special Stations through an electronic System.
The only condition for the user is her authentication before she picks the bike. Everything else is undertaken by the System and its operating entity. The system is designed so that users are served easily and fast, without human intervention.
The user must fill in an application form (electronic and/or paper). She then becomes a System subscriber and can pick a bicycle from any Station, use it and return it to any Station. |
